My friend JD sent me a picture of his snowboard - rad enough on its own, but even radder with a Non-Permanent Parliament sticker proudly affixed to the tip! The Non-Permanent Parliament is the comedic video wing of the Owl Henry shenannies, and JD was one of the first five people to
